St Mary Star of the Sea Church

Title

St Mary Star of the Sea Church

Description

Since its founding in 1876, St. Mary’s Star of the Sea has been a revered place of worship in New London. Not much has changed in the original structure, though programming has adapted to cultural shifts in the region. Originally built to service the growing population of Irish Catholic immigrants, the church still holds services to this day, many of which are now in Spanish as well as English.
