Hospitals
Lawrence & Memorial Hospital is one of New London's most important institutions. The hospital was formed by the merger of Joseph Lawrence Hospital with Memorial Hospital (and later, in 1930, with Manwaring Hospital. (Source: http://www.lmhospital.org/about/history-of-l-and-m.aspx)
